We can provide you a serviced apartment or hotel-type accommodation at the fraction of cost, with all your needs including three Chinese meals all-inclusive. Two Bedroom Apartment
A two bedroom with a bit of privacy? Yes, it is indeed possible! We have two types of layouts. Layout (A): offers ample closet space, a box room, and two en-suite bedrooms — with the shared common areas of the kitchen, dining area, laundry room, and living room in the center. Layout (B): has two rooms with a shared bathroom. The second room can be configured as a home office / library, a cool kids’ room, or it can double as a guest bedroom.
Three Bedroom Maisonette
Our one tier, three bedroom maisonette is a modern unit that also has a cozy feel to it, with lots of space to live and place personal pieces. The views from the huge unit’s windows and airy balcony are very nice, and add to the liveability of our estate. Of note are the spacious bedrooms, large bathrooms, and beautiful tiled floors.
The well-designed kitchen is separated for convenience, and its adjacent dining area flows well into the living area’s optimizing airiness. Tastefully furnished and well equipped, our Maisonette unit is ready for move-in and for your enjoyment. Weekly house cleaning will be provided in common areas and utilities.
Four Bedroom Penthouse
Perfect for long-term visitors to Ibadan, corporations’ staff and Chinese Engineering firms; our four bedroom penthouse unit can also double as a corporation’s Ibadan hub, and the rooms can be easily retrofitted with executive office furnishings!
Palm Heights Estate has 24/7 armed security operatives, a state of the art executive conference room, dry cleaning services, Chinese Language translation services, a fitness center, a business center, high speed wireless internet, uninterrupted power supply, intercom system and executive Airport Limousine service.
Five Bedroom Townhouses
Our all about that ‘one of a kind’ situation, but upsized and served up alongside a private kitchen, completely furnished with all cookware & dishes. Perfect for a quintet of expatriate co-workers, or a large vacationing family.
Our exquisitely apportioned two-story, five bedroom townhouse, will deliver the high-end living you desire, and have worked very hard for. One Bedroom Studios
At Palm Heights, our one bedroom studio units are basically self contained units that house everything in the single room space except the bathroom, with different areas of the room employed for varied uses, with the use of partial walls or room dividers. We also have executive one bedroom suites — which are larger one bedroom apartments that have a bedroom, a separate living room and a bathroom.
However, at Palm Heights, we make no distinctions — and the terms ‘Studios’ & ‘Rooms’ are often used interchangeably. These are our most popular type of units due to the unfolding SARS-CoV-2 contagion and the clamor for solitariness. Three complimentary Chinese meals are factored into our bargain rate of Twenty-Five Thousand Naira per Night — and Palm Heights has a miscellany of twenty (numerical) One Bedroom Units available!
